Devour this fresh drop, shared by our bartender mates at Melbourne's Mr. Miyagi, who are nowhere near shy of playful spins on the food and flavours of Japan.

Ingredients
- 30ml Sundays gin
- 15ml Don Giovanni Blood Orange Liqueur
- 15ml Stache House Beverage Co. Passionfruit Liqueur
- 30ml Yuzu juice – lemon juice may be substituted
- 30ml Aquafaba
- 20ml passionfruit syrup
- 15ml white chocolate syrup
- Dehydrated orange slices, garnish

Add all ingredients to a shaker tin with ice, and shake until chilled.
Fine strain your mixture into a super-sexy coupe glass, and garnish with a dehydrated orange slice.
The result of this martini take is silky, tangy, and indulgent, with a balance of citrus, white chocolate and passionfruit that tastes as playful as its name.
