Ingredients

• 30ml Sundays gin
• 15ml Don Giovanni Blood Orange Liqueur
• 15ml Stache House Beverage Co. Passionfruit Liqueur
• 30ml Yuzu juice – lemon juice may be substituted
• 30ml Aquafaba
• 20ml passionfruit syrup
• 15ml white chocolate syrup
• Dehydrated orange slices, garnish

It's pretty simple, really. Add all ingredients to a shaker tin with ice, and shake until chilled.

Fine strain your mixture into a super-sexy coupe glass, and garnish with a dehydrated orange slice.

The result of this martini take is silky, tangy, and indulgent, with a balance of citrus, white chocolate and passionfruit that tastes as playful as its name.
