Our online store is still open with orders being dispatched daily Monday-Friday.
We are taking all necessary precautions to ensure the safety of staff and the timely delivery of orders.
We ship your order from our warehouse in Melbourne, Australia.
Due to increased demand and social distancing in our fulfilment warehouse, orders are taking longer than usual to be dispatched.
Social distancing requirements and a reduction in air freight capacity is also causing delays across our delivery networks.
Please note delivery times are estimate only and you may experience longer delays due to unforeseen carrier issues that are unavoidable beyond our reasonable control.

Please understand the above is subject to change as the situation changes daily. We will do our best to keep you, our valued customer, informed.
We aim to pick and pack all orders and dispatch them from our warehouse within 2 business days (Monday-Friday). Orders placed on weekends or (Victorian) public holidays will be processed the next business day. Please allow an extra few days for us to process your order during peak periods such as Christmas, Sale events and holiday periods.
All Linen House orders are shipped via Australia Post. Please refer to the Australia Post website for delivery times.
Linen House Express Post orders are sent via Express eParcel and are not covered by the Australia Post’s Express Post next business day delivery.
We deliver our products Australia-wide, with free delivery for all orders over $150. Orders under this amount will incur a flat-rate delivery fee of just $10. This applies to Australian deliveries only. For International delivery fees please see International Orders.
Our couriers offer a door-to-door service, so please ensure someone is available at your nominated delivery address that will sign for your items and receive the delivery.
Couriers will not leave parcels unattended. If you cannot be available to accept your delivery, you may contact the courier directly to provide them with an Authority To Leave the goods unattended.
This however, will void your warranty and neither Linen House nor our courier can be held liable for any loss, theft or damage to your item. Shipping includes full insurance for products that are lost or damaged.
