At Linen House, we want your shopping experience to be easy and enjoyable, no matter where you live. Below, you’ll find detailed information about our order processing, domestic shipping within Australia, and international delivery.



General Information

Processing & Dispatch

Orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Melbourne, Australia, Monday to Friday. We aim to pick and pack all orders within 2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or Victorian public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
During peak sale periods — such as Christmas, promotional events, or holiday seasons — please allow additional time for processing and delivery, as courier networks can experience higher-than-usual demand.


Carriers & Delivery Service

We use Australia Post and selected courier partners to ensure your parcel arrives securely. All services are tracked, and a confirmation email with your tracking number will be sent once your order leaves our warehouse.

Domestic Delivery

Delivery Coverage & Costs

We deliver Australia-wide. Orders over $150 qualify for free standard delivery (excluding bulky items). Orders under this threshold incur a flat-rate delivery fee of $10.
Bulky item surcharges apply, calculated at checkout based on delivery location.
Linen House Housemates qualify for free standard delivery on orders over $80 (excluding bulky items).


Express Post

Express orders are sent via Express eParcel. Please note: these are not covered under Australia Post’s “next business day” guarantee.


Estimated Delivery Times

Melbourne | 1-3 business days

Adelaide, Sydney | 2-5 business days

Brisbane, Perth | 3-7 business days

Regional/remote areas | up to 10 business days


These timeframes are estimates only. Unforeseen carrier delays, weather events, and peak trading periods can extend delivery beyond these estimates.


Receiving Your Delivery

Our couriers provide a door-to-door service. Please ensure someone is available at your nominated address to sign for delivery.

If you cannot be present, you may grant Authority to Leave. However, please note: choosing this option voids your warranty, and Linen House and our carriers cannot be held liable for loss, theft, or damage once the parcel has been delivered.All domestic orders include insurance for goods lost or damaged in transit.




International Delivery

Dispatch & Carriers

International orders are dispatched Monday to Friday from Melbourne, Australia, usually within 2 business days. All parcels are shipped via Australia Post and transferred to local carriers once they reach your destination country.


Delivery Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location, starting from $35AUD.
Express Post is not available on international orders.

North America | 5-10 business days

Rest of World | 7-16 business days


For areas outside metro locations, please allow additional time. Published delivery times are estimates only and may be extended during peak seasons or due to carrier delays beyond our control.


Excluded Products

Certain oversized or fragile products cannot be shipped internationally, including: Bedheads, dinnerware, vases, large wall hangings, skincare products, and planters.
We are not able to ship electrical items internationally, such as electric blankets and throws.
Linen House is not licensed to sell Esprit branded products internationally.


Customs, Duties & Regulations

All international parcels are shipped from Melbourne, Australia. Once your parcel reaches its destination country, it may be subject to customs inspections, import duties, and taxes. These fees are determined by local authorities and are the responsibility of the recipient. Linen House cannot predict or control if or when these fees will be applied. In the event that your parcel is delayed by customs, the local authorities will contact you directly. It is standard practice for international parcels to be inspected, and in most cases, deliveries continue smoothly. Should duties be payable, you will be contacted by customs or your local postal service.


Tracking Your Order

Tracking details will be sent by email once your order is dispatched. International parcels are tracked through Australia Post until they reach your country, after which local carriers may update tracking. If delivery is attempted unsuccessfully, a slip will be left for you to arrange collection or redelivery.



DELIVERY

We aim to pick and pack all orders and dispatch them from our warehouse within 2 business days (Monday-Friday). Orders placed on weekends or (Victorian) public holidays will be processed the next business day. Please allow an extra few days for us to process your order during peak periods such as Christmas, Sale events and holiday periods.

All Linen House orders are shipped via Australia Post. Please refer to the Australia Post website for delivery times.

Linen House Express Post orders are sent via Express eParcel and are not covered by the Australia Post’s Express Post next business day delivery.

We deliver our products Australia-wide, with free delivery for all orders over $150, excluding bulk items. Orders under this amount will incur a flat-rate delivery fee of just $10. This applies to Australian deliveries only. For International delivery fees please see International Orders. Bulk item shipping charges apply. This is calculated at checkout and based on location of delivery.

Our couriers offer a door-to-door service, so please ensure someone is available at your nominated delivery address that will sign for your items and receive the delivery.

Couriers will not leave parcels unattended. If you cannot be available to accept your delivery, you may contact the courier directly to provide them with an Authority To Leave the goods unattended.

This however, will void your warranty and neither Linen House nor our courier can be held liable for any loss, theft or damage to your item. Shipping includes full insurance for products that are lost or damaged.
