This page outline's Linen House's Returns Policy for a change of mind. The benefits provided to you under this policy are in addition to other rights and remedies available to you under the Australian Consumer Law.
If you wish to make a return due to a problem with your product or order, please refer to our warranty page.

All purchases are backed by our 30-day free return period.
For all purchases made in-store, you can return the orders in any of our outlet stores with your acceptable proof of purchase.
For any purchases made through Linen House online, you must return the orders through the process below.
To receive a full refund for change of mind, you must ensure that your product is:
- In its original packaging and unopened.
- In a saleable condition.
- Item/s must not be washed or used.
- Item/s must be returned within 30 days of purchase. If there is no receipt of delivery, the date shall be assumed to be 3 days from the date of dispatch.
Please Note:
Delivery charges will not be refunded.
Our Australia Post free returns policy excludes bulky items and international orders.
Returns for Items Purchased Online within Australia
You can return your items for free via Australia Post Returns.
To initiate a return for online purchases, please ensure your product meets the criteria specified in Linen House's Returns Policy above.
If you are a Member:
- Log in to your account
- Find your order in ‘My Orders’ and select ‘View Order’ and follow the prompts under ‘Return’.
- Upon completion, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Once you have the RMA number, fill in the information on Australia Post Returns and follow their prompts to package up your return parcel and drop it off.
If you purchased as a Guest:
- Please contact our Customer Service team to organise a Return Merchandising Authorization number. Please email us at support@linenhouse.com with:
Your email address;
Your order number;
The product code, description, and quantity you're returning;
The item condition: unopened, opened, faulty;
Your reason for return: Wrong size, Change of mind, it's damaged, Other - Our Customer Service team will process your refund request and you will receive an email with your RMA number.
- Once you have the RMA number, fill in the information on Australia Post Returns and follow their prompts to package up your return parcel and drop it off.
Once the return is received on our side and approved, you will receive a confirmation email with your refund to your original payment method in 7-10 business days.
Returns for Items Purchased In Store
Any items you wish to return, if you change your mind can only be done so if:
- Items must be returned with all packaging materials.
- Items must be in saleable condition.
- Items must not be used or washed.
- The receipt or proof of purchase must be presented.
- The return must be made within 30 days of purchase.
You can return your items purchased in store to any of our store locations.
We are not able to offer credit notes or vouchers for our outlet stores at this time.

Returns for Items Purchased Online outside of Australia

Returning Bulky Items
Bulky items require special handling for returns.
We will honour a change of mind in line with our terms and conditions for online returns, however, postage will be incurred at your expense and the goods must remain in their original condition to obtain a refund.
Delivery charges will not be refunded.

You can return your items for free via Parcel Point or at your own expense via Australia Post (excludes bulk items).

Linen House is willing to offer a refund or replacement for change of mind with the following conditions:
1. Item/s must be returned with all packaging materials.
2. Item/s must be in saleable condition.
3. Item/s must not be used or washed.
4. The receipt or proof of purchase must be presented.
5. The action must take place within 30 days of the dated receipt or proof of purchase.
We are not able to offer credit notes or vouchers for our outlet stores at this time.
We cannot accept any returns in store from customers who have purchased through www.linenhouse.com or any other retailer.
WHAT IF MY ITEM IS FAULTY?
Linen House is committed to honouring its obligations at law and providing you with an appropriate remedy.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
You are also entitled to have the goods replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
