3 EASY STEPS TO RETURNING ITEMS

2. Package your return and attach the shipping label to your parcel.
3. Visit your nearest ParcelPoint outlet and drop off your parcel.

ONLINE RETURNS POLICY | TERMS AND CONDITIONS
To be eligible for a refund, you must return your unopened order in its original packaging within the 14 Day Money Back Guarantee period.
In the case that the item has been opened but is still in its original condition, you will be issued a store credit to the value of that item in lieu of a refund.
The 14 Day Money Back Guarantee will commence from the date you receive your product. If there is no receipt of delivery, the date shall be assumed to be 3 business days from the date of dispatch.
Delivery charges will not be refunded.
INSTORE RETURNS POLICY | TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Linen House is willing to offer a refund or replacement for change of mind with the following conditions;
1. Item/s must be returned with all packaging materials.
2. Item/s must be in saleable condition.
3. Item/s must not be used or washed.
4. The receipt or proof of purchase must be presented.
5. The action must take place within 30 days of the dated receipt or proof of purchase.
We are not able to offer credit notes or vouchers for our outlet stores at this time.
We cannot accept any returns in store from customers who have purchased through www.linenhouse.com or any other retailer.
WHAT IF MY ITEM IS FAULTY?

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
You are also entitled to have the goods replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
