5. This promotion consists of monthly giveaways. The promotional period commences on 01/07/2021 at 12:00am AEST and will run until 11:59pm AEST 31/01/2022. Each month, the judging will close on the last day of the month, and winners will be announced within the first two (2) weeks of the following month.
6. To enter and be eligible to win, entrants must have submitted and had a valid product review published online. A review may be completed by accessing the relevant product page at https://www.linenhouse.com/
7. Each eligible entrant may enter a review for any products they have purchased or received as a gift.
8. Multiple entries are permitted, subject to the following: (a) only one (1) review is permitted per product; and (b) each review must be submitted separately and in accordance with entry requirements.
9. Entries will be judged in the first week of the following month at Linen House Pty Ltd head office, and the most useful product review will win ("Competition Date"). Linen House Pty Ltd will determine with absolute discretion the most useful, and eligible, product review. Linen House Pty Ltd is not required to give reasons for its decision and no correspondence will be entered into.
10. This is a game of skill – chance plays no part in determining the winner. Each entry will be individually judged based on the most informative and helpful review. For the removal of doubt, both positive and negative reviews can be deemed a winning entry.
11. Incomplete and incomprehensible entries and entries with defamatory or offensive content or incorrect contact details are not eligible to win. Linen House Pty Ltd accepts no responsibility for misdirected, lost or delayed entries, and entries not received for any reason during the promotion period, or for any technical difficulties with entry.
12. Any entrant who, in the opinion of Linen House Pty Ltd, tampers or interferes with the entry process in any way, or who does not properly comply with the entry process, will be ineligible to win. Entrants may not enter with multiple email addresses nor may entrants use any other device or artifice to play multiple times or as multiple entrants, other than as permitted by these rules.
13. All prizes must be taken as stated. The prizes are not transferable, divisible or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Linen House Pty Ltd reserves the right to supply an alternative prize of similar monetary value.
14. Linen House Pty Ltd will not be held liable for any loss, damage or injury that results directly or indirectly from the competition, except that which cannot be excluded by law.
15. By entering, the entrant or entrants agree that Linen House Pty Ltd may use entry materials for any promotional purposes. This may include, but is not exclusive to, placing your entry on Linen House’s Facebook, Instagram accounts, and its website. For any content submitted, you grant Linen House Pty Ltd a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, transferable right and license to use, copy, modify, delete in its entirety, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from and/or sell and/or distribute such content and/or incorporate such content into any form, medium or technology throughout the world without compensation to you.
16. The prize on the competition date is a $100 Linen House Gift Voucher.

If the winner cannot be contacted within five (5) calendar days of the first notification attempt, if the prize notification is returned as undeliverable, if the winner rejects the prize, or in the event of non-compliance with these rules, the prize will be forfeited and an alternative winner may be selected from all remaining eligible entries. Upon prize forfeiture, no compensation will be given.
18. Linen House Pty Ltd reserves the right to modify these rules, suspend or discontinue this competition at any time.
